Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ADSDRO platform, published by ADSDRO SAS (hereafter "ADSDRO"), which enables searching, analyzing, and tracking e-commerce ads and online stores.

2. Acceptance

The creation of an account implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. The user declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity to contract.

3. User Account

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any access made with their credentials is considered to be made by them. Account sharing is forbidden and may lead to immediate cancellation.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) are monthly or annual, with no commitment. Payment is charged upon subscription and then on each due date via Stripe. An invoice is sent by email for each charge.

5. Free Trial

A 7-day trial of the Pro plan is offered to new users. No charge occurs during this period. The subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.

6. Cancellation

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refund is made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal deadline. Immediate access to the platform constitutes an express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

8. Authorized Use

The user commits to using the platform in accordance with its purpose. The following are notably forbidden: automated scraping, resale of data, use for illegal purposes, harming the security of the platform, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform, its code, databases, brands, and logos are the exclusive property of ADSDRO. Any unauthorized reproduction is forbidden. Data from third-party sources (ads, stores) remains the property of their respective rights holders.

10. Availability

ADSDRO commits to 99% availability (99.9% on the Agency plan). Interruptions for maintenance may occur and will, whenever possible, be announced in advance.

11. Liability

ADSDRO provides a decision-making tool. The data displayed is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of commercial performance. ADSDRO cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the user based on the data provided.

12. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

13. Modification of Terms of Use

ADSDRO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Users will be informed by email at least 30 days before the modifications come into force.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Paris.
